Gr8 Day.....

....my Emma Grace turned 8 today. 

Armed with her new keyboard and mic, she's convinced she's going to be the next American Idol. 

The chickens laid their first eggs too, a gift for miss Emma, I'm sure....

and..... 

the sun was shining, 74 degrees in Seattle!

An amazing day!

It all started last night with an incredible dinner thrown for me by some of my dearest girlfriends.

This morning coffee and breakfast delivered to me in my favorite chair.

The three most beautiful handmade cards I've ever seen, 

all of which made me cry.

A big stack of new magazines, ready for me to thumb through.

& tonight.....

Sky High!!!!

You guessed it...37 and counting!

I had the best birthday ever!

It's true what they say about ageing, 

things just keep getting better....

A Perfect 10!

My sweet girl turned 10 on Friday,

 10 seems so old.

She didn't want a cake, she wanted Ice cream floats instead.
